Boxing

The Lake County Police Activities League Boxing Instruction program is for youths 8-18.  Children in this program are mentored by Deputies, Correction Officers, world class Olympic boxing coaches, two time world champion boxers, as well as other responsible adult USA Boxing certified volunteers.  PAL Boxing is a great sport for young people. They will develop discipline, strength, control and confidence. Boxing will provide a positive focus in their lives.  Not everybody is a football player. Not everybody is a basketball player. They come in to work out, hit the bags, and when they go home, they have a sense of responsibility. They're learning how to commit themselves to something.  If you are interested, please contact
